Notice of Special Examination

April 11, 2009

In accordance with Section 42(3) of the Canada Marine Act, notice is hereby given that the Halifax Port Authority has received the Summary Report on the Special Examination performed by Grant Thornton LLP, Chartered Accountants.

The Summary Report is available for inspection by the public at the registered office of the Halifax Port Authority, Port Administration Building, 1215 Marginal Road, Halifax, NS, during normal business hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.).

AVIS D’EXAMEN SPÉCIAL

En vertu de l’article 42 (3) de la Loi maritime du Canada, avis est donné par la présente que l’Administration portuaire de Halifax a reçu le résumé du rapport d’examen spécial préparé par son vérificateur, Grant Thornton LLP, Comptable agréés.

Le résumé du rapport est disponible pour consultation par le public au siège social de l’Administration portuaire de Halifax, 1215 rue Marginal, Halifax, N-É, durant les heures normales d’ouverture, soit de 8h30 à 16h45.
